Meta, the United States technology giant, announced the appointment of Arun Srinivas as Managing Director and Head of the Indian Operations Board, effective 1 July. According to its social media sources, Srinivas is currently responsible for advertising in India in Meta, with extensive market experience and industry insight.

The company has announced the completion of the acquisition of the Shanghai Chouwei Network Technology Co. Ltd. (the Tiger Post Operator) for a total of RMB 500 million. Speedy had delivered $400 million in cash, and the remaining $100 million would be paid in equal instalments of $50 million for each period of 12 and 24 months after the completion of the transaction.
